To see your tickets on the Globaldots Support page, you must log in to your account.
Once you are logged in, follow these steps:
- Click on your Name in the top navigation bar.
- Click on "my activities
- You will see a list of all your tickets. You can filter this list by selecting different options in the "Views" drop-down menu. For example, you can view only open tickets.
- You can click on any ticket in the list to view its details, including the ticket number, subject, status, priority, requester, assignee, and any comments or attachments.
- You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to search for a specific ticket by its subject, ticket number, or any other keyword.
If you are having trouble accessing your tickets, you may need to contact email@example.com via email.
