Edgecast - 301 or 302 redirection from cache

Sometimes you need to redirect URLs on Edgecast. 

For example, a customer has a Korean web site www.mydomain.kr which is delivered via Edgecast CDN. During a heavy maintenance/modification session, he decided that temporarily all people coming to the Korean domain are to be redirected to www.mydomain.com/kr 

You need the Rules Engine to do this, and it uses setting that were originally designed for Token authentication, but work nonetheless for everyone.  
* We add a new rule that is active only on the www.mydomain.kr CNAME
* There will be 2 actions (features) in the rule: Enabling Token Auth and setting Token Auth denial code. 
* We will be using 302 (temporary redirection)
