Edgecast - Create alert on traffic anomalies

Anomaly definition
An anomaly is a situation or an event that is out of the normal, expected behavior. 
Bandwidth that goes up above a treshold may indicate an attack on the web site. 
Bandwidth that goes down below a threshold may indicate a problem with your DNS. 
404 events are indicative of bugs in your web site. 

Edgecast alerts on anomalies
Edgecast can send alerts on various conditions, via the Real Time Stats module. 
Alerts can be sent by email, or by POST callbacks to your custom endpoint. 
The Real Time Stats module also supports an API that enables you to integrate real time status of traffic and status codes into your own dashboards. 

Real Time Stats is an extra module that requires activation and monthly payments.
